Outside, I slammed my car door. I had almost resigned myself to therapy, but with that last comment, she had lost me.
This book has taken me a little longer to get into but it seems to be picking up the pace. Hopefully, I can finish it tonight or early tomorrow. It is definitely a different story than I was expecting from the title and cover, but surprisingly a better story.
Great teaser! It's okay to take a bit longer on a book. :) Doesn't mean it won't end up being really great.
